Marla specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing mental health and behavioral challenges. Marla's approach integrates evidence-based techniques with a supportive, client-centered style to help individuals develop healthier coping strategies and improve emotional regulation. Marla works collaboratively with clients to identify patterns, build insight, and create realistic sustainable changes that support long term well-being.

 

Marla earned a Bachelor of Psychology from The Ohio State University, a Master of Counseling from University of Dayton, and returned to Ohio State to complete coursework in a Doctoral of Rehabilition Counseling program. Marla has worked in addiction centers as well as vocational agencies helping individuals with severe mental health diagnosis. Additionally, Marla enjoyed working as an adjunct professor to counseling graduate students.

Locations

Marla meets in person at our Westerville location and also offers telehealth visits.
