Collin offers a relaxed, collaborative therapy space where clients are encouraged to show up as they are. His work is strengths-based and grounded in authenticity, honoring each person’s lived experience and inner wisdom. Collin helps clients make sense of their experiences, build insight, and move toward a path forward that feels meaningful and attainable.
He is trained in several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Schema Therapy. A former yoga teacher, Collin also integrates mind–body awareness into his work, supporting clients in reconnecting with themselves in practical, grounded ways.
Collin frequently works with clients on skills such as distress tolerance, emotional vulnerability, boundary setting, conflict resolution, and sustainable self-care. He works with teens, young adults, adults, and couples, and has particular experience supporting individuals facing addiction, complex trauma, chronic impulsivity, suicidal ideation, self-harm, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
