Dina has experience working with adults and some youth who want to explore in a safe space, their patterns of coping and responding to stress in their life.  Dina believes the key part of the therapeutic relationship is a respectful connection with open dialogue, where clients can feel safe to be both challenged and supported to take risks and grow. She believes we all have value, and our strengths can be used as resources for connecting with self and others. Dina strives to live with authenticity, valuing all parts of the human experience; physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
