Samantha Armogast
MEd LPCC
Therapist

Sam is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She works with young adults and adults navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, major life transitions, and relationship struggles.

Her approach is grounded and collaborative—she meets you where you are and move at a pace that feels right for you. Sam believes therapy is most effective when it feels like a genuine human connection, and is here to walk alongside you as you navigate challenges, build resilience, and develop practical strategies to support your well-being.

Sam draws from evidence-based approaches such as Brainspotting, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, Sam tailors the work together to your unique needs, goals, and lived experiences.

Locations

Sam meets with clients at the Grandview location and via telehealth.
