When you experience stressors or trauma, it’s natural to feel like your life is beginning to unravel. Anxiety, depression, and burnout are common results of the overwhelm and stress that has become the norm in today’s world. With the addition of life changes and traumatic events, whether current or in the past, it makes sense to look for help to process and work through issues so that you can find healthy perceptions of yourself, strengthen relationships, and better function in your day-to-day life. Molly would consider it an honor to walk beside you on the journey to feeling peaceful, complete, whole, and safe.

She believes that you know yourself better than anyone, and you are your own best resource when it comes to treatment. Molly sees therapy as a partnership where our knowledge and skills combine to create solutions. A strong relationship between you and your counselor is important, and Molly wants the relationship to include trust, freedom, and authenticity.

She provides an empathetic space that is free of judgement so you have the freedom to process and deal with the issues that are affecting your life in a safe environment.
