Taylor is a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Ohio. Taylor graduated from The Ohio State University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and went on to obtain her Masters degree in Social Work at the University of Southern California in 2025.

 

She has experience working with adolescents and adults with dual diagnoses, substance use diagnoses, grief, life transitions, as well as trauma and mood disorders. She also spent time offering support to children and families by assisting in psychological testing for developmental diagnoses and behavioral concerns.

 

Taylor offers a holistic therapeutic approach that prioritizes fostering connection as well as utilizing techniques from ACT, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, SFBT, and more. She practices from a person-centered and trauma-informed lens and is passionate about working with clients to recognize their inner strengths, build resilience, and implement coping skills to improve their overall quality of life.

 

Taylor values creating safety within the therapeutic relationship to empower you in navigating your healing journey. Each session will be held with compassion and space for the parts of you that have felt unworthy, unaccepted, or like too much to hold. Taylor looks forward to working with you to release past traumas, rewrite your story, and to take the first step in the healing journey.
