Alexis has worked with survivors of sexual trauma, abuse, and trafficking, and have experience with mood disorders such as anxiety, depression, and bipolar, PTSD, and other trauma related disorders. Alexis is trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Repressing (EMDR).
Alexis knows that a strong therapeutic relationship with the client (where safety and compassion are cornerstones of our sessions!) is not only important, but a goal. Alexis hopes to help my clients build coping skills, process life's difficulties, and leave feeling empowered. Alexis would love to schedule with you!
