Themba graduated with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Washington Adventist University in Maryland.

 

Themba strongly believes in the need for everyone to be kind to themselves. He believes it is extremely important to be person-centered in his approach, which means he will only use a model if it fits your needs.

He also understands how difficult anxiety can be to deal with, as it is something he has personal experience with.
