Alisha Fleming

Clinical Supervisor and Therapist

Alisha is an LGBTQ+ identifying and affirming counselor and clinical supervisor with a passion for neurodivergence, who has worked in the field for 12 years in community-based counseling, foster care, and group private practice, as well as crisis counseling.

​

Alisha's educational background include Central Christian College and Cincinnati Bible Seminary with an undergrad degree in the Bible with emphasis in Christian Counseling, and a Masters of Arts in Counseling, as she was preparing for a lifetime in ministry.

​

Ultimately counseling became the vehicle for her to embrace authenticity, and the mission changed to being and teaching others how to embrace their most authentic selves and build and lead wholehearted lives.

​

Alisha incorporates an eclectic approach to therapy, incorporating person centered, solution focused, and trauma informed methods, she is open to incorporating spirituality into sessions and paints with a variety of creative and spiritual brushes.

Locations

Alisha meets with clients at the Worthington location and  via telehealth.
