How to refer
1. Call us at 614-783-6010, fax the referral to 614-923-7548 or email schedule@afterthestormcounseling.com. Give us the basics: the patient's name, contact information, insurance, and a brief note about what they're seeking help for. Please share patient information only with the patient's consent
2. Or give your patient our number and have them call us directly. Many providers find this the simplest option.
We'll match your patient with a clinician based on their needs, age, location, and schedule. Not sure if we're the right fit? Call us. If your patient needs a different level of care, we'll tell you, and we'll try to point you toward a better option.
If your patient is in crisis: Please contact 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911 in an emergency. We are not an emergency service.
